Tools and Support in the Members Area

Are you familiar with the Tools and Support section in the Members Area? Here you will find a variety of publications, guidance notes, examples of best practices and guidelines. These documents will help you meet the requirements of the Review Process. The section also provides information of broader interest concerning the topics addressed within the Partnership.

Our latest publications:

  • The policy background paper provides suggestions and help for developing and implementing your own policy within your organisation. Here you will find many practical examples as well as text modules that provide orientation for drafting a code of conduct for suppliers and business partners.
  • The background paper on remedies and complaints mechanisms provides information for developing, establishing and supporting complaints mechanisms and remedial measures. For example, the guidance notes show different ways in which you can obtain an overview of mechanisms already in place in your supply chain and possible potential for improvement. They also provide additional advice on how you can support your suppliers in managing and reversing certain adverse impacts.
  • The guidelines on preventing corruption in the supply chain illustrate how companies can proceed in implementing anti-corruption measures in the supply chain. They explain in six steps which measures should be adopted within the organisation in order to prevent corruption in the supply chain. The guidelines then offer practical examples to demonstrate how specific challenges can be dealt with in implementation.
